Welcome to the "Single Player Modders Group". This group is for developers or anyone who wants to add their single player content to the group. If it has to do with single player we want it! Feel free to link your single player downloads, mods, addons, ect to this group.
Anyone is allowed to join the group but members who show no progress with anything single player related will be taken off the group.
The main members in this group are Leon "SPYmaps" Brinkmann, Baltic Forever, cubedude89, and TB Biggs. We love to make single player mods! Check them out. Our team has made many mods for many games including Half life 2, Quake 2, Soldier of Fortune 2, Call of Duty 1+2, Prey, and soon to be Crysis.

wow, times flies as always. And it has been quit a while that i did comment here the last time. For severel years now Single Player Modders seems to be a place that keeps atrackting people do be a member of. I can only be glad about this because as founder of this group, and SP-modder myself, that SP still is a big part of the gaming community. And hopefully this will always be the case. So please keep those SP projects coming, and do keep adding them to this group, ofcourse beside your own PR campains.

Did type that message above 7 years ago! It is now 2021 and we are a month away from 2022! This Single Player Modders group has now 99 members. Even when the original people who did start this group are not coming here anymore, except myself that is. It still is an awesome place for you to show your SP related material to the gaming world. Because;
WE DO LOVE SINGLE PLAYER, AND EVERYTHING THAT COMES WITH IT.

Hey to who ever I'm talking to,
I'm new in this forum for one exact reason:
I'm a Scriptwriter from germany and me and one of my fellow collegues (a director) are planning a short Movie.
We are shooting in a green screen and we are going to use 3d Backgrounds.
The project is going to be a "fake Trailer" it's a parody of all the big hollywood action trailers like Cloud Atlas, Tranformers, ect.
We stumbled uppon the Cryengine and I was impressed of how it looks and how awsome the community is!
And I wondered if maybe someone is interesseted to help us out with some 3d Background based on CryEngine.
Depending on how big the motivation is we could use already existing Maps/Lvevels or build new ones.
I thought maybe someone is interested to display his work in a very cool film Project.

Can anyone give a hint what to create? I really have no ideas, I'm just making small private maps to increase my mapping skills.
Is this group only for SP modding or also for SP indie titles?

Hi Leon I hope you don't mind I posted an article about Cryengine3 release for "free." I hope to see single player modders try this engine.
