My life quality and your faggotry are not connected in any way (be it thoughts, words or actions). I can control my mind but not your faggotry. Me having a shitty life doesn't mean that you're not a faggot. If I'm happy with my life I might not feel the need to TELL you that you're a faggot, but you might still be one. If someone negatively or positively criticizes me that should not produce any anxiety in my mind if I have already the right expectations, the person criticizing me could very well be a faggot, not have any accomplishments or he could be in totally different circumstances unrelated to my own, either way it is not of particular importance. Our actions is what define us and only reason, logic and evidence holds real sway while faggotry does not. :)
