I'm making this because I have tried for months to understand how to mod and cant. Looking to make mods for units that can steal technologies from other species and how to get the fleet mod to work. The main reason is to connect modders with non modders( or those who have tried and just don't get it) Modders and non Modders helping each other achieve goals and dreams.
