Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment bankruptcy protection.

Shortly after the release of Stargate Resistance, it was announced that Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment (CME) had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on February 12. However, it was later revealed that CME's (now former) CEO Gary Whiting had filed for bankruptcy. A civil case against Whiting for damages against CME and CMG is underway.
