(Lord Of Pain) A force from india moves to attack china, they contain 1200 azebs, 800 janissary archers, 200 janissary hand-cannoneers, 700 sipahi lancers, 500 sipahi horseback-archers, and 30 mounted elephants. they are led by hussain, the eldest son of umer the benevolent and one of his greatest generals.

the army stopped on a hill near a chinese camp, hussein estimated the numbers to be about a thousand, they must have only recently heard about the army's movements.
hussain rode out with a select few azebs, sepahi and janissaries, while the rest of his army was concealed behind a hill. they reached the camp and requested entry, which was granted to them. they made their way to the leader's tent, and hussain ordered all but two of his most trusted sepahi to wait outside. they dismounted and made their way inside. as they entered the tent they saw the chinese leader with two officers. it would have been an easy fight, but hussain, didn't like to play dirty.
"listen to me chinese. i come from the ottoman empire, on behalf of our great leader umer the benevolent and extend an offer of alliance. accept, and you will enjoy the benefits of our great empire. refuse, and the repercussion will be great indeed. you shall have one hour to give me your answer."
with that, hussain left with his men back to the camp.
******** they did. the Chinese didnt send over their gunpowder until what 13 something or 14 something.
So no, no cannons or any gunpowder units. And do not under estimate teh chinese. Im not going to just let you guys merely take it over with out casualties. They have one of the largest populations and have access to gunpowder. you guys dont. Keep that in mind.
OOC: niteris, if there is one thing i hate, it is hypocrites. oh and one word niteris, TRADE, think about it...
IC: Hussain returned back to the chinese camp after an hour, he went inside the tent with his men, and was eager to hear the chinese's answer.
"i have spoken with my commanders, and we see no problem with joining your great empire, however, there will be those too stubborn to give up China to you, and it will be difficult. though my men have agreed to helping you, and we shall give you our knowledge."
"excellent, you have chosen wisely. when china is ours i shall ensure that there is fair treatment of your people."
OOC: there can't possibly be a problem with that...
birds were sent all throughout China, calling the chinese to the banner of the ottomans. having found out that one commander had already defected, and he was apparently well respected, many complied, but a lot still stayed loyal to the chinese emporer (if that is what the leader is). more than 8000 flocked to their banner. the fight for the rest of china would be tough though...
the combined chinese and muslim forces marched to the chinese emporer's palace, having defeated various strongholds while converting some to their side, they were now ready for the final battle. they now numbered around 16,000. though their numbers were superior the fort was heavily defended and they knew the emporers' imperial guard would be very tough enemies to defeat. the laid seige to the castle, mainly utilising trebuchets and a few cannons to take down the gates and the men defending them.
