were do I put this mod in hl2,ep1,ep2,or css ?

sorry for late reply.
you put the entire MGS demo folder into:
C:\HDD Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\sourcemods

well that folder, location may very depending where you have steam installed on your system
