The face is that of a Turian but I guess the Body could be Elcor and something
It's a combination of Turian and Krogan.
IF anyone read a bit about Brutes when you killed that one on Menae, they are a crossbreed of Turians and Krogan, and due to turian skill and krogan bloodrage that they are such powerful enemies. And they CANNOT be geth husks because GETH ARE SYNTHETICS. Geth are information.

it looks like geth husk, because of the armor, leg,and arm
it's legs are like Krogan / Quarians have, so my guess would be Krogan or some hybrid experiment
When I see these ME3 creatures I always expect Isaac Clarke to show up.
