I swear that's not the first time I've heard that name used for a character. Wait, was that one guy in Spin City named Jack Harper?
what if saving the collector base in ME2 was actually a good thing in retrospect? that having it could be used to find a way to destroy the reapers. by the look of this pic that might be the case
