FPS - Shooter... What is the difference?

@Dragonlord - he means 2D shmup.

TBS: Hedgewars
RTS: Uh...GLEST? I don't play them much, sadly.
FPS: I've never played an FPS I've enjoyed.
Racing: Meh. Trophy, I guess?
Rogue: Dungeons of Dredmor, of course!
Shmup: SPACE PHALLUS! Though, M.A.R.S. is coming pretty close to overthrowing it.
Platformer: And Yet It Moves

TBS: Hedgewars too!
RTS: it's an alpha but 0.a.d.
FPS: Xonotic of course because the community is better than Warsow
Racing: STK in my heart (I was an active contributor)
Rogue: I don't really play this type of games, but i'd love to test the FLARE release (it's a little bit a roguelike).
Shmup: Kobo Deluxe, i'm an addict!
Platformer: SuperTux 2
