The end is nigh. The infected are lurking everywhere and chances of survival are slim. Left 4 Dead focuses on the story of 4 individuals and their harrowing battles against the hordes of the infected that roam the streets. What about other survivors? What would they look like and what kind of deformed monstrosities would they be up against?
Little Lady is a fairly typical infected, with average attacks and speed. She could possibly have a scream attack that would distort player’s vision and produce a buzzing sound for X amount of time.
The real excitement happens when Little Lady is killed. The survival instincts of her baby Boomer would take hold and the baby would emerge from under her maternity dress, nothing super gory of course. The player would see the baby’s glowing eyes first and then with great speed the baby would begin to attack players. I imagine Boomer would be very similar to a head crab, albeit faster and with more life.
I like this one.
I really like the thought of this, it would make a great addition to L4D.

santa88- lmao i wouldn't sit there and watch it stare at me, i'd take out my m14 EBR, toss a smoke grenade in the hallway, and use the thermal scope of the EBR, and take it out :D
....Ya know. I'd pull out my autoshotgun and blow it's head off. Sadly, what if i didn't have one. Ya gotta think realism here. Where in the hell would you get a freakin m14 EBR with a THERMAL. Smoke grenade, sure that's reasonable. But come on! Lol...But yeah, excellent design. This would scare THE HELL OUTA ME. Just her staring at me...Like she's staring into my very soul...Then i regain consciousness and kill the *****. Then the baby comes out.... I would've dropped my gun....Because, the baby's glowing eyes and sheer terrific rage, would make me hesitate in Sheer Fear. But seriously. Well done!
