This is a silly question, but how do I go about joining this group?
Hi im new to this site but I am interested in making games, but I really don't know how to. I dont have any experience in gaming and was wondering if you could inform me on where to start and get my feet going.
The best way to learn to make games is make a game, I would go with unity it's what i use I knew nothing about anything Downloaded it 2013 started doing every tut they had a year later i was happy i did Atm im working on my first full game been at it part time for 17 months wouldnt have done it any other way.
Hey, there are plenty of great engines out there like rpg maker, Ange Guru, and Game Maker. But first, I recommend taking a look at some of these videos- Youtube.com You REALLY should know this stuff before you jump in! Trust me, a lot of people get into Game making, and have no idea what they are doing, so they quit when they really might have enjoyed it.
