I'm not even a Dr. Who fan and I still found this hilarious.

God damn I hate doctor who. I seriously can't stand that series how can you brits watch it? Are your expectations really that low or what?

What the hell do you watch that's better than a show about a time-traveling dimension-hopping immortal that kept the course of human and extraterrestrial history safe from evil?

Goku beats all of them. He can use dragon-balls to teleport trough time and space.
...as can the Doctor with the use of his ship, the TARDIS. He also keeps time itself from being destroyed with basically a pair of scissors, a sonic screwdriver and a bag of jelly beans, as well as saving all the parallel universes and keeping THEM in check and separate from each other. Not to mention that Goku can only die so many times before he's gone for good, whereas the Doctor can die and, to use the gaming term, respawn as a different person (as such, he is the perfect defense against YOLO-****).
Doctor: 5 Goku: 1
Like you said, Goku can die many times but Doctor can die only once. And it's not re-spawning if you are a different person...
And btw, no one mentioned Yoda and everybody knows he's the most powerful being ever imagined...
