Been a surprisingly glitch free experience from my side of things. A glitch free and simply epic experience that is.
Besides even if there is a glitch its easy to blame the animus for the glitch. (It's explained in the story's setting like the inability to swim in AC1 was blamed on the animus being terrible)
I once fell through the boat along with all of my crew. Was then stuck below the boat, I'm sorry, Ship! (Reference) xD
