Description
The enb/palette+sweetfx settings i used in the pics on my channel and in my vid Imo it improves the lighting and offers colour correction that gives a more warm, vibrant Miami feel. just extract the archive wherever you want, and then add the files to your vice city folder where the exe is. i highly recommend you use the palette as it is part of what made my enb look how it does. you can skip the sweetfx settings if you don't use sweetfx
