Clearly you don't appreciate the effort that goes into things like this.
My serious answer is that the title is an opinion. I think it's the best gif you'll see all day, but others may not, and don't have to, agree.
Also, this was the only new gif posted on the day it was posted. So those who follow the group, this would be their only new gif, and they likely wouldn't look at the other gifs. Making this gif the best by default.
