In the middle of the massive counter-offensive against the Galactic Empire, negotiations broke down between the Mandalorians and the Fel Empire despite the efforts of the Jedi, and Imperial fleets was forced to withdraw from the offensive as the Mandalorians declared the Fel Empire enemies of the Mandalorian People.
After a period of confusion about the shift in position from the Mandalorians side and after the complete breakdown of negotiations. The Resistance, lead by the Jedi, shared intel about Mandalorian plans to attack the Fel Empire.
So far neither side have shown any aggression towards each other, but Imperial Fleet remain on standby in neighboring sectors.
