I wanted to tell the news that the process of developing a complete project based on this game (Zero Hour), again, was officially launched. In addition, new missions will be done not only on the basis of the original game, but also on the basis of the SWG mod. This minimod was at one time made by one oriental modmaker back in 2017-2018. This project was dedicated exclusively to the Super-weapons General. The author managed to carefully encode such weapons as Tomahawk Storm, ICBM and of course improve the Ion Cannon. In addition, the Super Weapons gen received a lot of military equipment.
The first mission, which will be created just on the basis of the SWG, will be dedicated to the Civil War on planet Earth. Here is a rough description of the plot and the mission itself.
A small rollback from the 26th century to the distant past. The end of the 21st century turned out to be unsweetened, especially for the realms of the Earth. In this case, we have to plunge into the American Coalition civil war. It is necessary to lead the forces of the new government and destroy the army of the old president at the borders with the District of Columbia. The gameplay will be extremely difficult, since this mission is not for defense, but exclusively for the attack.
Naturally, all new weapons will be absolutely available for the game. But all the salt will be in increased hardcore. At the moment, the mission completion stage is 99%, and just the other day, the exit will not be long in coming. The player will not only defend the base, but will quickly attack the enemy located on the north side of the map. And if he is even a little slower, the huge punitive corps of the President of the American Coalition will appear within the player’s base and begin to massively punish. Believe me, you will hardly want to see this cruel force, and even more so fight it.
Also you will see 3 other missions and a bonus one. Some missions are on the SWG engine, some - on the original Zero Hour. Anyway, its will be too interesting for ZH players.
