Hello everyone. My name is Adrian "The Joker" Lopez, and I am here to help you guys out with three important issues that plague Star Wars Empire at War and Forces of Corruption.
#1) The "Not So Aggressive AI" Issue
People know that the AI in Forces of Corruption is kind of lame, they do attack fairly rarely, and its up to you to ALWAYS invade their planets to get them to fight. Well not anymore! I have made a patch for Forces of Corruption that you can install to make the AI a bit more aggressive and strategic on all three difficulty levels. #2) The Online Connectivity Issue
I am sure you ALL know that Empire at War and Forces of Corruption are almost unplayable online. There are severe issues with logging on and playing online because of the Gamespy servers being all buggy, and thus we aren't able to enjoy the multiplayer as much as we would like. Well not anymore! I have created three patches that should fix the connectivity issues for both the retail and Steam versions of Star Wars Empire at War and Forces of Corruption.
You need to go through, download, and run each patch one by one until you are able to log on and play Star Wars Empire at War and/or Forces of Corruption. You can download from one of these locations:
#3) How to Play Forces of Corruption Mods on Steam
People are always confused on how to play mods for Forces of Corruption on the Steam version. It is a bit weird, I will admit. Here is a tutorial that will teach you how to be able to play any mod on the Steam version for Forces of Corruption.
1. Right-click on Star Wars: Empire at War Gold
2. Click "Launch Properties"
3. Type swfoc MODPATH=Mods\"mod name" in the text panel, and press OK
4. Run the game, and it'll give you the window to choose which game(original or expansion)to run, pick "Forces of Corruption"
After this, it should work. You can do this as many times as you like with any one mod installed, but you can't install more than one mod for Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption, or else the files get caught up and causes issues.

just how much smarter are these AI constructs suppose to be compared to the originals of the StarWars Empire at War Forces of Corruption? i hope they are not ending up to be almost impossible to defeat? because that would be a really big bummer.
They aren't overly enhanced, the patch just makes them more aggressive and smart, but nothing close to impossible/human capabilities.
I always found it a bit funny how when I looked into the AI's difference in difficulty it was just a different multipler for income that seemed to be the only difference. :P
Anyway I'll be sure to check out your AI update :)
i cann't get the mod to work!!!!
i've tried several mods
several different ways and none of them work!!!!
never have a real problem with Ais being latent aggressive they were always semi generaly with large forces aswell though the online issue i have i dont use gamespy either and while i have steam not for eaw or foc
and do we have to download all patchs?
Is the smarter AI mod compatible with Thrawn's Revenge Mod?
Is it possible to use this patch for other Mods?? Many other Mods have very poor AI...
Will the AI finally build capital ships with this mod?
