It was a hard work, but it became a powerful modder tool!
Oohh this gonna make me really busy to easily edit/mod those weapons to some crazy way I like to do like more ammos, faster rate of fire, higher damage and no recoil LoL!

it works but it has some bug. I edited just some simple rof and ammo increase
and reloading sounds of ak47, rpd and mp5 are gone.
Hm! Could you describe the details of bug? Which COD version? What if you save a file right after opening? Could you send me a problematic weapon file before and after edit? (ktibalazs(at)gmail(dot)com)
I ask because I have no problems with the tool!
also plz teach us how to edit weapons on mw2-3 and bo1-2...
I will look after the bugs and make some tutorials, but now I'm learning for my exams!

this mod is nice for beginners but a cleaner result is best using notepad++.

I can't seem to open up MW2 weapon files. Is the file formate supposed to be IWI?

WeaponEditor++ is much better for CoD4 and CoD5. If you want to mod BO then this weaponfile editor is the best i believe
could someone make mod for call of duty world at war that all weapons by default (without attachment) have aperture on them?
Let's say for example that m1garand have aperture while aiming?

for mw2 you must go "mw2 installation direct/open data or m2demo folder/open weapon folder/and mp"..that is mw2 weapons
