What exacly can you be proud of ? His father was a Serb (and that's just guessing, while Tesla himself told that his grand-grandfather was a Croat which moved to Bosnian district and under circumstances he was converted to orthdox religion, as his woman was orthdox), while his (Tesla's) mother was Croatian as well (and it is for sure). He was also born in Croatia, he had Croatian documents, he was educated in Croatia and Hungary, and he moved to and worked and died in USA. I dont see the logic in saying that he was just "a Serb". Correct me if im wrong. :) Orthdox church recognizes that as well, but by their logic he was a Serb just because his father was an orthdox priest, ignoring all the other, well-known facts.

BTW, how can I (or you) be proud of him just because he was Croatian (or possible Serbo-Croatian) ? He was learning things from you, so you are proud of him, or ? You created him (like a God) ? What ? His work is his honor and his origins doesnt matter. This is group for the atheists, and as these we should try to be reasonable and racional in everything else than only beliefs.
