Bill Nye will be debating the guy who made that creationist museum full of dinosaurs.
A colossal waste of time, because neither side will bulge an inch.
Neither side can't even agree on what's fact/evidence and there is no common ground to build a debate from.
Well why would intelligent people become delusional and delusional people become intelligent? I use to "debate" with my religious piers and I only noticed my intelligence deteriorating due to hearing "well if god doesn't exist, why does the bible say he exists?" all the time. I never knew we could all speak English and completely different languages at the same time. I honestly can't see them as individuals when they can't even comprehend what I'm saying.
A few years ago some freshman girl next to me in a computer class said something about Jesus, couldn't help but laugh my *** off for a few minutes. She spent about 45 minutes out of the class thereafter, apparently she didn't appreciate my amusement.
True story.
My money rests with Nye.
Its a safe bet.
Ken Ham... really? That's almost as bad as debating Ray Confort.
