Best AA system ever.
Just like infantry general...
Well, any soldier could open fire on a plane, but on this picture we have a whole platoon trying to shoot 'em down... with the consent of a high ranking officer
Every one of these AAA sites has a mustache! I believe this system to be highly effective from that advanced targeting system.
