Stichiting Promotie Japanse Popcultuur was delighted to be asked as the first 2014 preliminary round holder for The China CICAF Grand Cosplay Award International.
As the second European country, after Denmark to join with CICAF we are proud to send a team of two Dutch cosplayers to the finals in Hangzhou.
As the 2013 finals end on May 1, we will be the first foreign event to host a CICAF preliminary for the 2014 edition.
