I have found some pokemon and digimon chars, 1 from vocaloid, maaaybe some from naruto too... with a little of good will there is Tenten in the right upper corner:)

I saw about 25-30 characters I recognized, not including the ones that looked familiar but I couldn't say who they were or what series they were in.

some Lucky Star, Ranma 1/2, Samurai Champloo, Cowboy Bebop, and amazunga daioh, cromartie high school, Pokemon, Slayers, Sailor Moon, Sgt. Frog, and of course the curveball vocaloid :P

Others character I kinda suspect are from blood +, digimon, doraemon, and gundam
