This is Sean Connery. Read chapter 8 there is a closeup of this character named Oldman (clothed in armor instead of this suite) it plain and simply Sean Connery.
Just read the first three chapters, looks interesting. Also, the site that i read it on says that it's manhua (Chinese)

i prefer manhwa than manga,manga is good but more and more lately it's follow the gimmick of harem protagonist or just made from cheap light novel adaptation *some of it
in other,sometime manhwa quality is not really constant but some of it have extraordinary quality like i said before
Yeah lately I've found myself only reading Manhwa and watching Anime and nolonger reading Manga.
