Animaniacs was handled by many studios, TMS is just one of them. it is still owned by Warner Bros which is an American company. nor it was primarily distributed in japan. if you call Animaniacs an anime then numbers of recently aired anime should be called Indonesian animation because one of the studio handled the work is located in Indonesia. but no, it's not like that.
