Explanation for those who have bad score in history class:
The persons on the top table are King Arthur, Guan Yu, Zhang Fei, and Gilgamesh (the real ones).
Figure those the rest in bottom table and the connections.

I get that the top guys are historic figures, but I don't know any of the people at the bottom. I guess I don't watch enough Anime. xD
I spotted Saber from Fate/Stay Night, didn't get the rest, especially not the supposedly historical figures.
azumangi daiho the girl thats trembelin, ikki tousen the girl with short shirt , the other 2 i have no idea.
the real ones are unamused with their girlie counterparts.
Gilgamesh - Gilgamesh is an obvious one.
Saber is based on (or actually the) King Arthur.
and Chouhi and Kanu are based on Zhang Fei and Guan Yu because Ikkitousen is based on Three Kingdom.
