here are some weapons japanese used in the ancient times.
show in the pictures is the shuriken, and the katana sword.
not that ancient, used like 200 years ago

it is more, by far the best weapon. if you aren't in any kind of unfortunate situation. like 10m away from a man with a gun. then you will be superior.
That's not true, it is extremly effective against unarmoured humans, which it can cut in half, but since it's lighter weight and harder steel it is LESS effective against armour, like the ones europeed knights had. If you claim it's sharp enough to cut through those it will be the end of any further discussion because it would prove you have no idea what you're talking about.
nope, only if you have an original, most katana's today are replicas, and even the best of katana's eventually break, after a lot of skull-splitting...
one of by far the best zombie apocalypse gear are a Lock'nchain and the ordinary Baseball Bat.

Reverse blade is better than katana. And would break katana. Still like it tho not only sword that can cut bullet. >.>
