Amnesia Custom Main Background Pack addon

HOW TO INSTALL:

1. Download and unpack the .zip folder. You need a program which can unpack .zip files,
I recommend WinRar. WinRar can be downloaded at: Rarlab.com

2. Copy and paste all backgrounds from the "Custom Main Background Pack" folder in the
.zip file you just downloaded to the folder "redist\main_menu\main\"

3. Choose which of the six backgrounds you want. The backgrounds can be previewed in
the folder "Preview Images" from the .zip file

4. Enter "redist\config" and open the file "menu.cfg" in Notepad/Notepad++

5. Skip down to line number 23. Change the following: BGScene = "menu_bg" into being
BGScene = "menu_bg_(name)" . The (name) is the name of the map you choose.
Example: BGScene = "menu_bg" ---> BGScene = "menu_bg_forest"

6. Done

HOW TO LOCATE THE REDIST FOLDER:

- STEAM VERSION: The redist folder can be found at
"Steam\steamapps\common\Amensia The Dark Descent\"

- BOUGHT OFF ELSEWHERE: The redist folder can be found at
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Amnesia - The Dark Descent\redist\"

Note: The steam version, technically doesn't have a redist folder like the other
version does. Referred to redist folder for convenient purposes. It won't affect the backgrounds.
