You should concentrate more on modeling than just rendering. You're very good with rendering but rendering skills are only good to show off the model :). Nice job

It looks like everything has sharp (90') edges, which is something you wont find in real life. If it's being rendered you can afford to bevel the edges or slap on shader that rounds things out a bit.

Beyond that it's way to clean and empty to seem real, which also creates the illusion it's just a simple box-room populated by smaller boxxed object. No cords for the electronics, no power outlets, no molding on the walls.... subtle details always make a big difference.

@Wird

Not true. Lighting and Rendering are their own disciplines within the industry - modelling is not a requirement - and his lighting is pretty good so far :).

I think it's just that the scene seems a bit empty. I'm guessing you are using vray yes?

As a response to Wird: to be honest, I like the simplicity. Here it's easier to see the details that are there, however in most of the more advanced scenes the detail (like dirt on the wall and pieces of brick) makes the scene a mess. I totally agree with Wird about your rendering skills.
May I suggest one thing though, the television screen should be more black.

Over all, it's a cool render. 1 ½ hour is a good time for a scene like this. Thumbs up :)
