In Zulu Response play either as a British soldier or Zulu warrior in first person in a tactical game for singleplayer or 8 person Mulitplayer.

The game is based off true stories from the African Zulu wars of 1879 where each player has a number of intelligent AI and reserves they command.
As Zulu, having defeated the British at Isandlwana can you find the British and Lt. Melville and stop him from escaping with the Regimental Colour (flag)?
At Rorkes Drift, can the surrounded British hold off the attacking Zulu ?

With gameplay and maps based off true stories from the war, the various player classes have differing skills and abilities and with our configurable game options, adjust realism settings including those for weapons, movement and tiredness during battle.

Can you add swords since officers used swords more common then you think in the Zulu War (not like the great movies shows)

Are you going to implement the sounds from the Zulu films like Zulu and Zulu Dawn? Eg when you give the command to Fire your characters shouts FIRE! Just like in the film Zulu?

Thanks.

Would like to except the sounds and music are all copyrighted and licensed to the particular films, we just can't use copyrighted work without consent or the payment of a rather large fee ...

Just found this game on greenlight, looks amazing (Zulu is my favorite film). Just two things, could officers get a sabre as it would be appropriate, and the Beaumont Adams Revolver was the first double action revolver meaning that it would not have to be cocked, and could fire more rapidly, that's why some Americans even bought the British revolver over the colt. Also I remember that the revolver takes as long as a muzzle loaded rifle to reload.

Yes reloading a Beaumont Adams revolver is not quick, found a video where the guy used a picnic table to get it reloaded, it wasn't easy. We have considered this.

Cool, can't wait to play it, I was hoping for an optimised version of Anglo-Zulu wars (mount and blade mod)

Am liking how the player has a squad of AI they can command. Can the player abandon his warriors or soldiers and run off alone to meet the objectives?

Some objectives require a specific number of soldiers to escape or survive (pregame setting) also Zulu players reload with spears by getting them from their AI. Not to mention 1 against many may prove a tad hard especially if the game is set to realistic where player death ends game ...
