We continue to push towards the next big update. As well as Multiplayer for PC, this update will include a brand-new Terrain System with a focus on generating epic and breathtaking sights and vistas both for building and exploration
You may have already seen shots of the new Bot Tower (other Xeno structures to come!) and of the Massive Craters. Today we'll give you a glimpse of the work we're doing on the Sky Islands, and their new shape as they are incorporated into the Mega Terrain project:

Also of note, we've been working to slim down the HUD and open up the screen real-estate a bit. These sweeping terrains look even better without a lot of HUD in the way:
Finally, another shout out to our friends in "Leviathan Corporation" who continue with building some of the most massive structures XenoMiner has seen yet. Here's another look at their Endurium Reactor, this time from above:

Does this Endurium Reactor have function as well or just built
for show? Can't wait for the multiplayer keep up the mighty fine work!
It actually has a function. Once Gristmill puts the radiation into the Endurium, it is designed to use Solar panels to capture the radiation and convert it to energy. The core has over 1000 Endurium blocks in it and will be surrounded with aprox 1000 solar panels to capture the radiation from the core. The power will then be routed to our main colony via the new power grid system.
