The asylum houses three quests (lvl75-80) as well as minibosses with rare drops for levels 75, 100, 125, 150, 175, 200, 225 and 250. On top of that, the building's basement houses a lvl 250 megaboss.
To get to the asylum, buy a keycard at the Sector Seven boat house. Take the boat ride and explore the dark secrets contained within. Just don't lose your mind!
