For the linux version "wizorb.sh" is missing "#!/bin/sh" at the beginning of the file. It just opens in a text editor otherwise.
When I try to run this game from Desura on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, it just opens wizorb.sh in a text editor.
By adding #!/bin/sh to the top of wizorb.sh, it then launches correctly.
playing on windows 7 32bits, and when i launch the game it tries to install dot net 4.0 for 64bits.
what should i do?
Just realized that I already have this game from the Humble Indie Bundle. Any chance of a Desura key?
Big Thanks for the Desura Key!
There is the problem, that Desura installs Trackballs instead of Wizorb.
I am using Mageia Linux 2 32 and 64bit . On both machines is the same Problem.
I make a mistake. Desura installs Wizorb but Trackballs was started if I launched from the Play menu.Wizorb runs if I start the wizorb.sh in a terminal.
I was wondering if there are any plans to make version 1.1 available as a downloadable EXE to replace the old 1.01 version that is currently available? Not really a big deal, but it would be nice to be able to have a backup of the latest version of the game.
In any case, kudos on this awesome game. I actually bought it twice, first on here, then again on Steam...at such a low price point, buying it twice felt like a good way to show support. Can't wait to see what you have planned for the future! :)
If there is a newer version, I too would like to see it updated here on Desura, for both Windows and Linux. Please keep version parity as swiftly as possible or else players will be confused, thinking that certain platforms are preferable to others. I wanted to buy on Desura (and/or direct) to show my support for both the Linux and Windows clients, instead of Steam which is only currently supporting Windows. Thank you.
No working, I have Mono JIT compiler version 2.10.8.1 and OpenAL and running on 12.04 64-Bit
Can't give you the terminal output, there's a 50 character word limit
Hey guys,
We have just submitted a new version of the game.
Sorry for the delay.
Please not that for the game to run on Linux, you need mono 2.10 and up.
Thanks!
