Set during the American civil war, War of Rights aims to bring players into the midst of several famous battles. Gameplay focused on realism will enable players to fully engross themselves into the ferocious combat of the era. Featuring several regiments, players will quickly learn the benefits of fighting together. An organized and tactically clever chain of command will be needed in order to succeed. Players will be able to enlist as different ranks spanning from Private to General of the army, each with its own distinct role and play style. Utilizing CryENGINE 3's sheer amount of power, getting as many players online as possible and thereby ensuring massive battles will be one of the priorities throughout the development.

starting to look damn good ^^ i'd personally wouldn't mind to see some larger crops/destroyable crops on the farm would give it a little more war feeling :D

Thanks. The cornstalks here are quite a bit taller than the actual players. :) We'll see what we can do about destruction sometime later in the development - we want to focus on numbers of players before we'll add any additional server load.

hehe i totally understand at what part in the era is the farm placed? since there we're many farms ransacked by the war either as forward posts (also a great idea as defence :P) or to feed the military looking very good so far jam :)

Mumma farmhouse is quite close to the confederate lines further west at Dunker church. Because of this, Confederates burned down the farmhouse along with the barn just prior to the battle in order to eliminate the location as a possible union sharpshooter hideout. It'll most likely be part of a similair objective in WoR. :)
