1) Large open world map (free roam).
2) Long story line
3) Persistent side-quests ( quests will be automaticly generated by specific people or boards)
4) Male/Female character creation( It may be later possible to add costumization)
5) Skills and perks are a must (In order to learn them you need to talk to some people who will show you how to do it) That is the idea i came up with.

Yes, below i will put a list of features that will be in the game, features might be changed once or twice but i will try to keep them alive. On a side note i know i let some of you down for not releasing anything before but i did not had much expiriance back then. So without any more delay i give you features for the game
