Yes, the Korean version is like 6 versions ahead of the NA version. This is how it is, as they've had it for awhile already.
Can't help it, it's a free game, they make their money based off the cash shop...they don't have the resources big companies do.

I remember as a child with 56k, trying to download that and it took 9 hours! Couldn't do it.
FIRST THING I did when I got Broadband was download that...haaa.
That said, yeah, I've everybody who asks here to try the IRC, and yet they complain they can't get one. :P
