So, we survived Kickstarter.
Awesomeness. What's next on our agenda?
Moar Fuel Please.
Our funding goals have been met for a PC delivery, that's already solidified on our schedule. However, we didn't get the kind of critical mass we wanted from our Kickstarter campaign. As a result, we need to extend it elsewhere. We still need fuel to for an iOS development schedule, this will be after we deliver on the PC ( August 15, 2012 ). We need to develop a port for iOS during Fall 2012, and this will demand a significant amount of gear for our crew. Currently, we have an iOS + Mac OSX loadout only for 1 crew member, we'd like to get as many crew members geared up this Fall.
We've opened up an Indiegogo campaign, this time with a flexible goal (we don't need to reach a specific amount.) We've also toggled the alpha funding process here on Desura. (If you are one of our Kickstarter backers, please let us know if you still need access to this game, we will give you an invite, instead of having to pay again through Desura).
We are submitting our game for consideration to the PAX 10, held at the Penny Arcade Expo in Seattle.
The Journey PAX 10
So, what do we intend to have on our PAX 10 submission? The Core Game. It will feature a level editor, one playable level, and "survival mode". Basically it's going to be a level where you have to hold out as long as you can, defending one planet against wave after wave of virals.
Stay tuned for more updates in the next few days. We're ramping up again.
