There are settlements present on them for the matter of prestige by the two most powerful powers on the Battle Weary World.
Perhaps in such a damned world people like the concept of finding another place to escape to. Fair enough.
How will this factor ingame? Well, we'll see.
Many of the superpowers do maintain permanent moonbases.
Any idea to the orbit path, distances, sizes, axis and rotation of the moons? Or is that going a bit to much into it? xD
That's DEFINITELY getting too much into it. :P
