read the description: that AoAs is just a celebration of Ace Combat's not being deadness. 6's AoAs is actual hell

That is only for grunt type AI, if they don’t have a goal they only engage targets in their own detection envelope. Ace AI doesn’t need a mission to engage all enemies on the map.

Not sure about that, but it occured on me too while I try to mess with Ziz in the editor. Perhaps its AI behavior needs to be tweaked?

Speaking of, have you figured how to properly make enemy planes constantly spawning?
