First-person roleplaying game, based on White Wolf's popular Vampire: The Masquerade pen-and-paper RPG. Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines combines intense first-person action with an open, non-linear world, rich character development and an immersive storyline. The game plunges players into the dark and gritty vampire underworld of modern day L.A. as a creature of the night, interacting with and battling mortals and other creatures of darkness with an incredible array of vampire powers, skills and traits. Developed by Troika, Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines runs on Valve Source Technology - the same game engine technology that powers Half-Life 2.
Firstly I would like to thank the author of RED Jeanette as it was the basis for my skins. This is a pack for the female toreador and uses the Jeanette, Therese and VV models. I have made skins for the four basic armor groups. To install, simply extract the two folders into the \program files\activision\vampire-bloodlines\vampire You can cheat to get all the armors if you want to see them in game or you could just wait and buy them as you progress (more fun that way ;) cuz it'll be a surprise).
Love the skin :) but when i downloaded it and put it in my game it shows up like pink and black boxes :(
its a good skin but it culfd use a litle more work on the face it dose not lock egzactly like jeanette
As GirlK1986 posted about a year ago referring to her character showing up "like pink and black boxes". I too am having this same problem as well. The in game character is made up of pink and black squares. If anyone can help me with this problem I would appreciate it.
ye im havig same prob pink and black boxes any help please
It doesn't work because the didn't put the model materials in the right spot, this mod isn't going to work unless you know how to fix the materials, so yeah. Not worth the download.
To fix the pink and black box textures:
1. Simply extract the archive
2. Go into the 'materials' folder
3. Create a new folder and name it 'models' (without the quotes)
4. Move the 'character' folder into the 'models' folder
5. Install normally.

already have a "models" folder in the "materials" folder. I tried creating a new one, but the new one disappeared. So i put the "character" folder into the "model" folder, but i couldnt find the toreador in there anywhere. I tried re-extracting and doing it again, but it still wasn't there.
Not only did I get this to work, I got it to work on my Malk. Thank your for the upload!

Somebody need to do some really installing mods for dummies videos for these babies.
That's still not working, so I gave up :(
Anyways, it was a nice try.
I know it's pretty far down the line, but for those wonderful people who keep returning and want to use this, I figured out how to fix the pink and black boxes.
1. Download the file - unzip it. You should have two folders - materials and models. (You'll also have the text file and picture.)
2. Physically open your Vampire: TMB directory in a new window so you can have them both side by side.
3. The 'Models' file is fine - you can drag it straight from your Downloads into the 'Vampire' folder of your V: TMB directory and you don't need to do anything else with it.
4. For the 'Materials' file (in your downloads) click through until you get to the one that is labelled 'REDJeanette'. This one wants to be put in the below location of your V: TMB directory -
Vampire - Materials - Models - Character - NPC - Unique - Santa_Monica
From there it should work perfectly fine. For those of you interested, the reason the download doesn't work is because it's skipped the 'Models' section in the above path file.
I hope this helps someone... after all, every time someone mentions V:TMB, someone else downloads it again, right? ;)
Did you start playing it again after paradox bought it?
