apparently the application configuration is incorrect, could someone please fix this problem!
There is nothing wrong with the tools - you probably have the wrong patch version. Make sure your version is up to date (1.1) and that you're not trying to use a beta patch.
sorry to disappoint you all, but you need the PC version of UT3 to mod!!!
I have both UT3 versions and I can't figure out how the h3ll can I mod???

As for needing a PC - that much is a given.
To play on PS 3 is it necessary to have the PS 3 game or only the PC game to create?
