So I totally forgot to put in the Help.odt in the package how to actually complete the level (silly me). I somewhat mentioned it in the previous "Update" article, but wasn't specific. It will be in the Linux version and the next Windows version, and will be up to date on the documentation online
The goal in Alpha 1.1.0 is simply to find the three "activators" in the level (they're small objects with buttons and a small angled and lit panel) and "destroy" them (by interacting - pressing "E"). I'm probably going to do a video sometime in the near future that will show where they are (though the purpose of the video is to preview the game itself, it'll just happen to show the locations), but for now, it's up to you to figure it out :).
