We are going to go ahead and label this a fan made game and develop it as far as possible adding a few things here and there but keeping the core game intact most of the changes we will be making will only be additions to make it more fun(as if that's possible). details with in.

A test area in UDK to work out the rock wall look and feel. We still want to add more vines, plants and expand upon the texture set.

Perhaps he thought UDK stood for Unity Development Kit lol.
If you make a demo for feed back, well, you already got some of the assets, recreate the training stage!
actually im going to make an areana shooter with turok and the other characters that will feature all the weapons for testing and balancing after that is done and all the game play is nailed down i will be making turok single/coop main game where you can play as either talset or joseph, all this when i finaly get to game play will be released weekly on updates so people can test out the game and offer feedback, when i am done hopefully all the assets and stuff will be able to replace the proxies and everything will come together.
