Mutiny Games presents TUG, a top-down space actioner that combines the gameplay of the old-school shoot-em-ups (or shmups) with the strategy of tower defense. Pilot your space freighter through hostile territory, picking up pods and stranded civilians. There are no free rides in space, so put those hitchhikers to work, manning your pods, and create a weaponized caravan to blast a path through the throngs of alien attackers. Manage personnel and the length of your pod train in an attempt to escape alien clutches with as few casualties as possible. Fame and fortune await those that prove to be the best TUG pilots.

Description

Answer the all-important question, are you hardcore or are you weaksauce? Test your mettle and find your answer with TUG: A Space Trucker's Odyssey, the Hardest Action Game You Will Play This Year (no, seriously).

Mutiny Games presents TUG, a top-down space actioner that combines the gameplay of the old-school shoot-em-ups (or shmups, as the cool kids call them) with the strategy of tower defense. Pilot your space freighter through hostile territory, picking up pods to add to your haul. Weaponize your caravan and use it to push your way through never-ending waves of hungry aliens. Complete all twenty stages and find yourself face to face with the biggest, baddest, ugliest boss since... the last shmup you played (and really, how long has it been?)
Fame and fortune await those that prove to be the best TUG pilots. More importantly, with victory comes the knowledge that you are, indeed, hardcore.

Game Includes
• Over 20 action-packed levels to complete
• More than a dozen enemy types to battle and overcome
• 17 pod types to add to your ever-growing train
• Enhance your TUG with up to 16 system upgrades
• At least one reference to the Continuum Transfunctioner
