Maybe you could just make an entity on the maps that if the bots are near to, they just turn their flashlights on.

i was actually thinking of that too, like a func_ brush if they are inside it (dark areas) they would turn their flashlights on

Wow, and it doesnt exactly need bot flashlights i mean i usually down ,y partners at the beggining.

Note: there is alot more features for each that aren't noted here. But I figured I would point out the larger, more important features. As you can see the PSP is almost up to par with the PC, the only thing about the bots using their flashlights is that it uses a Darkplaces only bulletin (getlight) and it may or may not be ported to the PSP engine.
