Torchlight is an action role-playing game currently under development by Runic Games. The game is scheduled for release for Windows on October 27, 2009. The fantasy-themed game is set in the fictional town of Torchlight and the expansive caverns and dungeons nearby, which adventurers explore to collect valuable loot and battle hordes of monsters. Development of the game is led by Travis Baldree, designer of Fate, and Max Schaefer and Erich Schaefer, co-designers of Diablo and Diablo II, joined by the team that developed Mythos.

good fun, nice item enchanting ideas, main storyline keeps you coming back for more.
A fantastic game. Loved every second of it. The only short comings of it were lack of variation, and multilayer, both of which they are addressing in the sequel so personally they're ignorable. Besides those, there was one feature I wish they had taken from Diablo 2: in D2, if you hold right click and encounter an enemy, you will automatically attack it. This makes playing a melee character that much easier. Beyond that, perfect.

One of the best Hack and Slash game.
It was an interesting and funny game, but i've played it with the italian translation.
The first time i've played this game, i've thinked it was too easy, now i'm going to play it in difficulty version.
