Thrive is a game about the universe - we want to let you play however you want, make whatever you want, and live however you like. Thrive will be a free, open-source game created by an online community of dedicated volunteers. Our team seeks to accomplish two major goals: create engaging, compelling gameplay that respects our players' intelligence, and remain as accurate as possible in our depiction of known scientific theory.

It has that mysterious feeling, as if though, in that sea, there's something that is always trying to harm you. It makes it seem like the water is your enemy. Maybe there could be multiple tracks for each stage? :D? This could probably be when your in some sort of large creature's underwater nest or something.
The theme will probably be incorporated into ambiance in the game- you might hear the full theme when you come into the open ocean for the first time, and hints of it when you're moving about in the water.
That's a great idea. It does seem.. What's the word for it...
Ambiotic? And it is a mysterious feeling, since it's most likely going to play when you go into a giant ocean of water that you've never explored, and you have no idea what your getting into. :D
This kinda reminds me of the old Total Annihilation: Kingdoms game
This is a beautiful soundtrack, it makes me think that you are not just evolving a creature, you are starting something that has an impact on the universe. It just really makes you think of life and evolution in the game a lot heavier, like it's more serious and important than the player really knows.
Something similar to this track should be in the OrganismEditor :D
I think the OrganismEditor theme should be a bit of a more upbeat version this.
What are you using to create these swelling pads? Sounds really deep, this instrument. I like it!
will you be able 2 go back underwater if you've already gone on land?
p.s. this gonna be spore (which 1 already give a 11/5) x uh, google (the number)
I agree with this guy. I think it would be cool to make an aquatic race of cephalopods. Please have an awesome tenticlce or two to choose from. Even if I was forced to move to land I'd still want my tentacle. I mean it's not hands but it could still opperate tools, which would be nessicary for advancing tech.
