in game crash Thread - The Surfer®

seems like a sweet game!
But i have ran into a few problems
(Not that skilled on a computer)

i can enter the game easily and no problems with the initial menu selection.

as soon as i have choosen a character and start the surfmode the graphic is not running smooth. Many random colors and pixels. sometimes the surfer looks very random (but still able to surf)
I am to some extend able to surf the wave but as soon as i hit the top part of the wave the game shuts down.

I can not find any in game options for changing any settings.

My computer is a cheap asus with 4 gb ram, 64 - bit , 2,4 ghz

Hi Mathias,

Thanks for the email, really sorry you are having trouble. Did the demo do the same thing? Suspect that those specs might struggle to run the game. We got a similar machine here that we use to test and the game basically runs in a choppy random fashion as well.

Please send an email direct to admin@bungarra.com and we will send you another new installer so that you can test the game on a different machine.

If you run into the issue where the game crashes when hitting the lip - please let us know in as much detail as you possibly can what happens. We're working on a fix for something similar at the moment, but we're not sure whether this issue you're having is the same one.
