Are you still planning to make an XNA port of the game? I really liked the game, but I DID have some problems with the jumping. I know how hard it is to program a good jump in a game, but it's also very important. I thought jumping here was a little too fast, and it definitely needed more "float", if you understand what I mean. If you're going to do a port, then I'd consider altering the jump somewhat. But that's just my opinion though.
It's a really fun game though, and I'm sure it would do quite well on the XBLIG channel.
I'm also looking forward to "Me and Myself..."
Hey, thank you! Yeah, I still have plans to port it to XBLIG. It won't be exactly the same game. I'll add some more rooms, an extra boss and graphics will be redrawn on HD. Thanks for the feedback, the jumping is one of the most common complains I've got so I'm definitively fixing that among other lil problems, let me know if you know about something else. Hey not sure why nobody has commented really enjoyed the game although didnt get too far its pretty hard! Its enjoyable though even if its simple. Good job hope you continue making games! I have an idea for a similar type of game that i would like to make for xbox live using xna.. although i cannot code.. and don't have the time or really the patience to learn.. which is stupid.. but honest..
Thanks! I know it's hard and fast but hey, how many games this kind you know that are like that? I wanted to make something a bit different. I'll port it to Xbox after I'm done with my next project. It will be an improved version, I'll make it easier too! So maybe you enjoy it there better :D And you can try a game maker before jumping to coding, it's a good way to test the waters before commiting to learn a programming language. You may find it enjoyable! Give it a try!
